ZZD-BXS固体丙烯酸浆料是一种合成的丙烯酸类聚合型纺织浆纱专用辅助浆料。经过对丙烯酸类单体的科学选择，优良配伍生产的该产品，它具有优良的成膜性、浆膜高弹、柔软、且耐磨，对亲水性纤维及疏水性纤维均有着极高的粘附性，因此可广泛作为纯棉、涤棉、涤粘及中长类纱线的经纱上浆的辅助浆料。使用该成品可改善浆液性能，提高上浆质量，充分帖伏毛羽，保证浆膜完整度，大幅度提高织造效率。

粘度：6-15mpa.s(NDJ  10%  95℃  1h)系列，可控+2mpa.s

PH值：5-7

使用方法：

调浆：将ZZD-BXS浆料与其他浆料一起投入调浆桶后，按常规方法调即可。

用量：对主浆料的干重的2%-10%

包装：牛皮纸，塑膜复合包装，每袋25Kg+0.1Kg.

Product Overview：
