产品特征：

1.  ZZD-IIIR复合浆料，对亲水性和疏水性纤维的粘附力均较高，广泛应用于各类纺织纤维的经纱上浆。

2.  具有良好的浸透性、润滑性、浆膜成形好，柔韧且具有较好的弹性。浆纱干分绞容易，毛羽贴伏好，浆纱落物量低，浆轴好轴率高，织造开口清晰，布机效率高。

3.  浆液流动性能好，低温不凝胶，无结块，上浆时不结浆皮，浆液耐煮、均一、稳定、不会产生浆斑疵点。

4.  退浆容，COD和BOD比值低，生物降解性高，，有利于环保。

5.  因含有抗静电剂，可减少织造过程中的静电集聚，开口清晰，降低织造断头率。

调浆：

ZZD-IIIR复合浆料在常压煮浆时，室温冷水中浸泡搅拌10分钟，然后加热至95℃，常压下烧煮60分钟，或高压下烧煮40分钟，闷浆15分钟即可使用。

适用范围

ZZD-IIIR复合浆料在大多数纯棉品种上，可一定量代替PVA和润滑剂，消泡剂等；在含涤量高的织物上，上浆可取代30%-50%的PVA，适用于纯棉、涤棉、涤粘等各种经纱的上浆。

包装、贮藏

Product characteristics:
